The Redi-Spreader provides an accurate and efficient glue spread. Works well with our Panel Clamps to quickly apply glue to multiple boards. A perforated aluminum grid, 6 x 27, rises from the aluminum glue container by a foot activated pedal to provide the correct amount of adhesive. Boards over 27 can be dipped twice. An aluminum cover for the glue container extends glue use. Fast, convenient, easy to use and clean.

Description:
Pneumatic Dual Station Miter Door Pro is a 5 section rotating door clamp. Each section contains (2) independent miter door squaring assemblies - Left side has a capacity of 26" x 42" and the right side has a capacity of 26" x 42". Each squaring assembly is designed to clamp and square miter doors as well as stile & rail construction doors. Each squaring assembly offers (2) Vertical Clamps & (2) Horizontal Clamps with Dial Regulator Controls for accurate & precise pneumatic clamping. A Dial Regulator is mounted on each clamp for a quick clamping pressure adjustment. When clamping a miter door all 4 clamps on the squaring assembly will have the same dial setting of 15 PSI, once the door is put into the clamp you will activate the pressure on all 4 clamps with an on/off lever valve. Once the miter door is clamped & squared perfectly you can move onto the other side or rotate the machine. If the miter door is not perfectly square the Dial Regulators on the clamps can apply more or less pressure to a corner of a door to move the miter joint to be square. Adjusting the Dial regulators is easy and allows an operator to successfully clamp & square any miter door.
