Description:
Features a mild angle iron infeed conveyor, a stainless steel glue roller and a stainless steel angle iron outfeed conveyor. The basic model is 13 inches wide, with optional widths of 20" and 30". The infeed and outfeed conveyors are both 8 feet long and are expandable by adding 2 feet increments. The material feeding speed is set at 60 feet per minute and the reservoir can be removed for cleaning and maintenance.

Description:
XPRS Return Conveyors are available in two models, featuring 24 or 36 inch wide return rollers. The standard receiving module is 24" or 36" wide X 60" long. The return conveyor length is proportionate to the length of the Edgebander it services.
Feed rollers, driven by a DC variable speed motor from 0 to 40 ft/min, guide the part onto the receiving module. Polymer belts side shift the panels to the return rollers quickly and efficiently. The transfer process occurs on a continuous basis.

Description:
Featuring right angle "belt" transfer for sensitive surfaces. Motorized receiving conveyor, with variable speeds from 30-90 fpm. The receiving conveyor is 24" wide x 5' long, and the standard return conveyor is 24" x 15' long with 60 to 180 fpm return speed. Each conveyor is powered by a 1/2 HP motor. The rollers are p.v.c. covered; sealed bearings on both ends; on 3" centers for the first 18" of travel and 4-1/2" centers thereafter.
