Description:
The "New" Ambition Series of machines for small to medium shops includes:
*10 meters/min (33 feet/min) feed speed.
*50 mm panel thickness (2”)
*Automatic height adjustment with top pressure beam for all work stations.
*Heavy machine frame construction with heavy duty feed track design.
*EC-10+ controller located at machine infeed for operator convenience.
*Automatic magazine for strip and coil feeding.
*Panel pre-heater (direct contact style) for achieving optimal bonding quality.
Hot melt granulate glue application system with 12 minute heat up time and no lubrication
needed.
*Glue unit heating is turned off if no work piece is run within 9 minutes. Glue unit heating is
also turned off 3 minutes after the safety cover is opened and control voltage is not re-
activated.
*First pressure roller driven and two idle pressure rollers with digital setting system.
*Double motor end trim unit mounted on linear guides for precision trimming. Tiltable from 0
to 15 degrees.
*Top and bottom fine trimming unit equipped with DFC cutter heads, tilt feature and
combination radius/straight carbide inserts.
*Buffing unit with two cloth discs. Two motors, 0.09 kw each. Individually suspended, tiltable
and height adjustable.
*Sound enclosure with window; Workpiece support track extendable.
*Electronic frequency changer for all trimming motors, which also includes electronic motor
braking.
*Electrical components according to UL/CSA listings.
*Isolation transformer with variable infeed voltage for balancing all three phases of incoming
power. This transformer will increase the lifetime of the machine’s electrical components
and help prevent unexpected and unnecessary machine breakdowns. Also helps dampen
power surges and cancels line noise.
